Error while open the project

Hello again and Thank's

Now I've finally had it made again. But have met a big problem now. I can not open my project any more. I receive this error message.
"The Specified project is in use or has not been closed correctly. Do you want to continue?"
When I click OK, I get this message,
"An error occurred while loading the Project."
(There is an error in XML document ("5830258.44)

What do I do now ..?

probably the project is corrupted.

Try to follow this guide for restore the beckup project:

I have got version 12, so it is solved.

I have made it all over again. Got an old backup.
