It appears to be a hot subject and frequently requested item.  The is a request for the immediate addition od Sales Tax by State in the USA.  It seem that most business users of your product in the USA need this.  A Flat VAT does not address this product.  I think it is misleading to offer a product as a solution that does provide the 'legal' requirement placed on businesses that operate in the USA.
