Hello There are some templates that have horizontal and vertical menus ( at the top and the left ?, this example : http://www.scoalasavinesti.ro/ ) , or it is possible ?

You can show a vertical menu in addition to a horizontal one by switching on the 'Page Menu' within WebSite X5. Please read the relevant section of the help file for full details:

I understand , I just want to have different horizontal and vertical menus . How can this be ?

Do you mean you want to have different 'content' in both menus, with the links in each menu pointing to different pages? If so then unfortunately this is not possible using WebSite X5's native features.
The 'Page Menu' basically duplicates the list of pages in the current level.
