Where is the New Template button in the Template selection window?
I am working in WINDOWS 10.

The Home edition of WebSite X5 is a basic edition which does not incorporate the ability to create new templates.
You could consider moving to the Evolution or Professional editions if you would like to make your own templates. See here for special offers you may be entitled to when upgrading:
