Impossible to upload subdomain

hello everybody
my site motoyvida.es has 2 subdomains
tienda.motoyvida.es & supergui.motoyvida.es
my uploads are perfectly working with the main domain motoyvida.es and with tienda.motoyvida.es
the problem is, I cannot upload anything to superguille.motoyvida.es
error message: cannot connect to server
so I tried with COREFTP and it uploaded perfectly
can anybody explain me what is happening and how I can upload with websitex5 V12 PRO

Since the secondsubdomainwith thebrowsercan not be found,theysure that this iscreated on the serverand make surethatthe completeweb addressisin the projectthere.
Then you shouldbe able to uploadto the corresponding directory.
