Hi,
I have X5 Evolution 12 installed on my pc at home. Would it be possible to install and use X5 on my laptop which would allow me to make changes to my websites while I'm at work or would I need to buy an additional licence?

As Gabriele correctly stated, your WebSite X5 licence permits you to have the software installed on any two machines concurrently: no need to buy an additional licence unless you need to install on a third machine.
