My registered version keeps asking for registration

Every 3rd or 4th time I load up WebsiteX5 11 Pro it asks me for my registration again, so I have to go dig up the email and go through the process. I only have the program on one computer, I'm nervous to even install on another as it is quite annoying. How do I get this to stop and for my paid for version to stop wasting my time.
