I have been receiving offers for a free upgrade to v13 if I buy v12 now. Since I purchased v12 Pro a couple months ago (July 29th) will i get a free upgrade to v13?

The offer of the free upgrade is only available to those purchasing version 12 now, as per the text of the email.
