Licence activation error 311

Hello,
several years ago, I purchased WebSiteX5 version 9. Now, my laptop is crashed and I want to install it to the new one. Activation gives me an error 311. That my key does not match to the version. But it is original key which I found on the installation CD.

Activation error 311 appears because you are attempting to use your old v9 licence which is no longer valid, as it has been used to obtain an upgrade to version 10 at a discounted price.
If you need to install version 9 one last time (to export projects, etc.) then please set this thread to 'Private' by clicking on the small padlock icon at the bottom right of your post above. The Incomedia support staff will then be able to offer assistance in that regard. Please allow 24/48 hours for a response.
Thereafter you should use version 10. Support for version 9 has been discontinued:
