I use the website x5 evolution 12 programs. swf, mp4 files I created and I do not see the preview. I appreciate your help.

Hello Osman öz,
Download following file:
http://files.websitex5.com/answers_topic_files/extensions/Extensions_2016.zip
Unzip it and then move the folder "Extensions" in the installation folder of the program on your computer.
Once done open the program again and test if then the files are shown in the preview.

In this case proceed to install the flash player plugin on every browser in your computer and as example if you don't have Firefox install it and then install the flash player plugin in Firefox and test it again.
