2013 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
2015 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Proceed to install the x86 and x64 versions of each Library.

Hello Igor,

The error you receive comes usually form an issue in a windows system file. Try please to install all the windows updates and then proceed to test it again. Proceed also to uninstall the program and once done proceed to install it as administrator.

Uninstall then install as admin but same error

Maybe you could upload missed files&
