Transparent Images to V.13 at template header & footer

Can the images that we put to header & footer to the template, can be transparent as at V.12? If yes, pls show the way..

The transparaanty option is in v13 not available. But if you use a picture that has a transparant part in it it will be displayed as transparant in the picture object in your header.

Thank you for your responce.
This is BAD news for Ver 13 as we dont have and we dont want to have Graphic Designers Knowlege !
I hope this to be solved to updated versions of Ver 13.

Transparency is now available for images in WX5 V13.0.1.16 in the effects option.
Well there is good news for the last update as Esahc says......
