Виталий! Та же самая проблема. Более 5 объектов на странице, и уже не прибавить, не убавить ни строчки, ни столбца. Вообще сложилось впечатление, что это проблема не разрешима. А значит программа практически не рабочая.

Убрал галочки, вроде улучшилось, но все равно через несколько корректировок или висит с колесиком загрузки или вылетает программа.

I created a new project (3 pages), and added to the header and footer elements pages objects, also, add descriptions, and titles on the page, etc. Everything worked fine, but when I was about to close the project, in preview by a small resolution video downloads strip started to show the endless repetition (green filling), and then there was window the closure of the program. Try please to repair the .NET Frameworks and then test if you experience the issue still on your old project:
To repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4 you need as first to use following cleanup tool to remove .NET 4:

Once done go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
This procedure can take some time to deactivate and activate .NET 3.5.1 and once done reinstall .NET 4 after downloading it from following link:
