Hide pages from Navigation Menu

I'm pretty sure this is straightforward as I have managed it before but it's been a while and after an hour of puzzlement, I cannot remember or find how to do it. I've added some new pages that I want to hide from the drop-down Navigation menu and I am stymied! (watershipdowns.com / Clients / Students : I want to hide the individual rider names, e.g. Harrington, Cobleigh. CanNOT remember where this setting is). PLEASE HELP!!!

No, thanks. I think you are showing me text box editing options. This would be a setting for an entire page somewhere. thank you though
Debra, Serg is offering the correct advice. Click on map, highlight the page you wish to hide, select hide from the menu options.

I see it now. At the top of the Sitemap Creation Page. You are right. THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!!
