Upgrading from Evolution to PRO

I cant seem to find the dynamic content object in my current Evolution 13 version. Is it available in the Evolution version? If not is there a path for upgrading from Evol to the Pro version.

No the dynamic content is not available in the evo version -> http://www.websitex5.com/en/pricing.php
upgrade can be done in your profile click top right pulldown menu next to your name select offers for you.
