How much traffic,hits or sales per day can the software programme Website X 5 Professional 12 deal handle and what happens does it crash ?

Just to add I had written somewhere Website X5 could deal with 20-30 sales per day and Evolution 8 50-60 sales per day.
Do you really think that the number of sales depends on the version of the software? How do you imagine that?
Support for a large number of operations on the site depend on Hosting - on conditions of your account.
