Activation Error: 321 - Key doesn't correspond to product!

Hello,
I have been using Website X5 12 for quite some time now and recently changed my desktop. After reinstalling the software and using the same key I did previously, I am getting the below error (as attached).
What is the solution for this as I need to complete several projects.

Would really appreciate any input or advice.. can I back track to version 11 of the software?
Hi Aiyaz,
the error code you get (321) depends on the fact that you are writing a valid license, but in a wrong version of the software.
Try to uninstall the versions you have, and then download it again from the "my downloads" section here on your profile.
If the error keeps happening, please let me know, even with a screenshot when you write the license number.
