Barry, simply drag the A (title)into the header or footer, resize as required, double click on it and you have full control over all text in that box.

If you are upgrading from an old project, your old text will now be images, when I transferred my site I simply placed a text box over the old text image, recreated the text to match, then later removed the transferred image.
