Is the error below below occurring when I try to export the web site developed via FTP to the hosting provider? How do I solve this problem?

try to remove the "web" in the destination folder. If you then can connect you need to find the correct upload folder. ( your provider have provided you with the correct folder or check there faq) then x5 will ask tset this folder as default and you should be ok to upload.

check also the faq with your provider or the mail you got from them for the correct username and ftp server adres and password.
