Hello,
thank you for having contacted us. In order to import a project into your Evolution 12 you will need a iwzip file, which is generated when creating a backup copy. This means that unfortunately you cannot import an website which is already online. I kindly suggest you to look for a backup copy of the project so to be able to open it. If you cannot find any iwzip file, you will have to create a new project, I am sorry.
Let me know if you can find a backup. Kind regards.

Hello, Unfortunately I do not have a backup copy of the hard disc is destroyed. I can only download data from an FTP server.
Hello,
I am very sorry for this situation, data downloaded from FTP server will not be helpful. Unfortunately in this case you will have to redo the project. In order to spare time, you can just copy and paste the contents of your website into a new project. I am very sorry.
I wish you a good day. Kind regards.

If the template you used was a standard template, the details you need are as provided by Elisa, but if you created the template yourself, you will be able to save some work by downloading the style directory using ftp. In it are all the components of your site (header, footer, background etc.). Look at the components (eg header) and you will see the width of your original site and you will be able to easily recreate the template.
Once you have the template it will be an easy task to copy and paste content, or retrieve images from the images and gallery directories via ftp.
I have come to the conclusion that if I only have one copy it is inevitable I will lose it eventually, since you are using the pro version, make much use of the down arrow next to save and create many backups as you go. Better still, export to iwzip on a different drive, external drive or usb stick.
