PLease help us in better helping you.
Why does it not work? What have you done so far?
Can't you find the correct object? Does it display does it not load does it not play? Can you see it in preview?
A possible problem, could be that Your MP4 is not H264 encoded.
If it is not H264 encoded, then convert it to a MP4 file that is H264 encoded.
This is most probably what causes You problems.
Else - as Andre says - give some more information.

after drag audio/video on the right place then i go to the source video ( in preview window is written insert mediaplayer) or after converting to H264 then he said you must authorisation of adobe flach player. Normaly website x5 supported mp4 so....
thanks
Luc
Yes it does but the browser needs adobe to play. Install adobe flashplayer and you should be fine.
More about adobe html5 and mp4 are already discussed, check these posts;

Is it thrue that flachplayer is a plugin use before but now is not so fiable en banned by some websites! I think it's better that i use youtube. But i appriciate your help and thanks! By the way evolution 13 is missing a good pdf manual!! The help service is not what it should be. It's good to have forumfriends like you, thanks André

Hello Luc,
The flash player is only used by the preview browser but once you export it online the video can be seen by using thr HTML5 functionalities of the browser without the need of the flash player plugin.
Many thanks!
Hello Luc,
Well as Claudio says that's how it's works.
And yes it looks a bit like flshplayer is on it's return. But you never know with internet software, so keep following the news on internet.
Why an pdf as manual. The online version is way better, you can search and updates are directly corrected in the manual as well. Also wherever you are in the program, press F1 and you have the information on the item you are in!
But if you wish for the manual in pdf, it's available, goto you profile in the pulldown next to your name here in the forum and select download, select the language you prefer and download the manual in pdf.
To be honest I have seen and have many programs, but the help / manual is great from Incomedia, I wish many others would handle it as well as Incomedia.
Best Wishes.
