I use Website-X5 Evelution 11
How can I ensure that I get an up-to-date PHPMailer and other third party modules?
How do I do the update on this ?
Were do I find the update ?

Standard the php mailer is within x5, there are several available if your hosting is not compatible.
goto step 4 datamanagement. then below you can find several scripts.
I am not sure if these scripts will be updated in the future cause v11 is already a somewhat older version.
But if, then you will get a newer version of v11 so higher then the actual (11.0.8.31).
