Professional 13 crash after install

Hello,
Just purchased Professional 13 but after I installed the program then click to start I get a popup stating (Incomedia WebSite X5 Professional has stopped working) then it goes on to say A problem cause the program to stop working correctly.

So far all is well with the install the approach I use was from the post here below;

What I've done to resolve the problem of the program not installing;
1. I disabled .Net from the programs and features where you will find (turn on or off windows features)
2. I restarted the computer when the computer fully started a window popup stating to install .Net and I did
3. I started the WebSite X5 program with no problems after that.
I hope this will help someone that maybe having the same issue.
Note: I did not run the cleaner tool as mentioned in that post.
