New Software Update Issues V13 pro - Unable to upload to server.

Just had a new software update this morning website x5 v13 pro - I have been building a website the past few weeks and lastnight i did some uploads to my server and all was okay. Since the new software update i cannot do anymore updates to my server. The error says " Unable to connect to server - Incorrect destination folder. I contacted my provider and all is okay at there end. Then i check my old X5 V12 with a up load and all work on this.
How can i fix this issue ????????????
