How to upload my website

This is my first time with Website X5 evolution. I want to upload the site to my hosting company. In the past I used dreamweaver to do site, filezilla, ftp and uploaded all files to ht docs folder.
Can someone tell me what I need to do to get my new site up please. I read somewhere you have to export the site first, is this correct?

In step 5 you ned your ftp. adress (ftp.your domain.com - or what it is), your jusername at your webhosting and the password you have there. You also need to check out what port your host juse. When you have set this, you can try to upload your site.
