Hi, I am using pro 12, I have a site but I want to print a page with price lists is complicated, ie it comes as corrupt, and even complains when I am complaining about how I can translate it back to the old one? I am waiting for your urgent help if there are pdf images that are correct and incorrect in EK

Tuncay, if you simply wish to print the page you could work around the problem using print screen (on the keyboard), then paste into a suitable paint program (Paintshop, Microsoft Paint, photoshop, etc), crop the image and print it.
I have attached an example from your site. To do this I did a prt scrn of the top half then cropped it, prt scrn of the bottom half and cropped it, doubled the canvas height of the bottom half, selected the top half, copied and pasted it into the right place.
If any of your pages fit on the screen at 100%, you could simply use the snipping tool (available in all recent versions of windows) crop out what you want and print it.
Woops, sorry Tuncay, the example image is attached to this entry. . . .

Without doing these things directly mause the right button when I click print and it goes wrong and I want to print it directly, I can do it by taking a screenshot but my customers can not
Tuncay, I have experienced similar issues and have been forced to create an image or pdf outside of WX5, then provide a link to it to overcome the problem. This offers some advantages because you can manipulate the pdf or image to be more appropriate for printing (and in the case of your example page, reposition and exclude certain content so it will fit on one printed page).
This issue is not unique to WX5. Sadly the way browsers render the screen for printing does not appear to have kept pace with cascading style sheets and other features embedded into modern web pages.
You will find an example here

I have added a print option, top right on the page.
Sorry I can not offer an easier solution. Perhaps others can assist.

Can I do the same as I can print the picture if I can get the page as pdf How did you do it?
Tuncay, the only program I know of that does a pretty good job of generating pdf's from a web page is the full Adobe Acrobat, but it is not cheap (and I can only assume it does a good job of current websites because I haven't used it for years). Others on this HelpCenter may have better suggestions.
To create a PDF of each page for the least cost, I would use Word, Open Office, Libre Office, etc. I would copy and paste any relevant text, header detail, etc and I would use the snipping tool to grab the bulk of each page. Paste the image into word, tidy up the formatting of the text and create a PDF (the later versions of word, and all versions of Open and Libre Office can generate pdf).
If your software won't generate a pdf there are many freebies out there, I use doPDF which installs a virtual printer and saves a pdf file.
The example I provided was recreated in Open Office and saved as pdf.
Tuncay, whilst I am aware you are still using Version 12, I thought you might like to know that with the most recent update to Version 13 (13.1.1.9), I was pleasantly surprised that website pages now printed from the browser are dramatically better than in earlier releases.
They are not perfect, but cells that formally printed single column, now print side by side. If you make extensive use of tables, you will not be impressed, but I have found all other features of my site now reproduce quite nicely on my printer (although not exactly as on the screen).
You might like to try the demo of the latest release if that is still possible.

Thank you very much for not forgetting me. Pro 12 is missing in some places for me, eg my mobile site is not compatible with the mobile program is misleadingly revealing the system :(
Tuncay, if the translation above is correct, you say V12 is not mobile compatible. I have not found this to be the case and have a significant number of sites maintained in V12 and perfectly useable on mobile devices without issue.
