Lauren, I assume when you open website X5 you can see your project listed?

If this is the case, when you attempt to open it, do you get an error message? (please do a screen shot or copy the details so we can assist).

There should also be one or many backups available to you, so if you cannot open your project, start again, select your project and select backup, then choose a backup and click redo.

If you do get your project back, please note the small down arrow next to the save button. This will allow you to create a new backup anytime you like - the more the merrier.
