Hello!

I have a problem with the website,  when I try to access it in the mobile/tablet version, it appears only the edge of the menu bar.  I can see it only if I slide the screen and the menu bar in the mobile version appears on the left and on the desktop version is on the right, why is it like this?

Ps: In the desktop version is working perfectly.

How can I do to fix it?

Thank you,

In step 2, Template, Customisation, Template Structure, for each resolution you can select menu, Vertical Menu on the Left if you wish.

Also in Template, Customisation, Template Structure, Page Scroll Options, content properties you can select either Menu on left or Menu on right.

As for needing to scroll left or right to see menu, have you got any large images or text in the header which cannot be seen in responsive view but is wider or outside the available space in the responsive header?

Hello!

Thank you for the answer.

I do have a image in the header that I cannot see in the mobile version.

I had the same problem. I found that my footer was causing the problem in the header. I hid all the different parts of my footer smaller then desktop size, and the menu moved over on top of the screen instead of off to the right like you have.

Hope it helps.

Like Chris said, I assume you have successfully hidden that image for that and lesser resolutions and solved your problem - have a great day!!
