Recently, I worked on a demo version of Website X5 professional 13, a start of the web page. Today I bought version Evolution 13. When I wanted to import the file I worked, I received the message that it is worked on the Website X5 professional. I would like to help with this (saving the file as version Evolution 13). I'm sending you the attached file, but it's 3.5 MB. Thank you.

It is not possible to import or open any Professional projects in Evolution.
My recommendation is to either request a refund for Evolution and then purchase Professional or immediately upgrade to Professional (click on you profile/login name top right of the helpcentre and select Offers).
The alternative is to recreate your new site in Evolution.
Whichever you choose I am sure you will not regret purchasing WX5.

If you created the project you created in Professional, could it be saved as a Evolutin project?

thank you for contacting us.
I'm sorry but the Professional version has more features in it therefore if your project has been created in this version, you may not import it in the Evolution.
What you can eventually do, is upgrade to the Professional version: you will be able to find a special offer in the ''offers for me'' section and pay only the difference. This will give you the opportunity to continue your project.
