Xml error (0,0)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I've brought V13 a few days ago. But i started same project for 5 times because of xml and backup problems..
I always backup my project but all backups links me to the same point of project and I loose all of my work..
and xml problem (0,0) makes me start again... I updated my program to the latest version..
What is the problem with my program?
Is the problem common with other users?

Which windows version are you using?
Waht exactly happened before you experienced the issue?
Does the program closed or did you receive an error message before?
