Transfer registrants' details to new website

Hello,
I am developing a new bilingual version of my website in English and Chinese. Existing version keeps a record of around 100 registered users.
1. How do I transfer the registrants' details to the new website? Is there a database file that I can copy over?
2. How do I make the registrants' details available to both English and Chinese websites for users who are bilingual? In other words, users who register once from the English side can login on the Chinese side, and vice versa. It will be too restrictive to ask ask bilingual users to register twice.

Hello Ka Fung,
The only option is to make a copy of the project where you have the registered users and then work on this one to make the website.
For new registrations it will be necessary to create manually the accounts on both projects since the access function is limited to the project only and cannot be shared with other projects unless you create them manually on every project.
