XML error. Lost my project

I had some bugs on my PC after what I have to close programm incorrect. Afterwords I have such message. How can I recover my project? (Use full version of software) Please answer me asap here

Backups of your project are created when you first save your project and every time you upload to the web through the built in FTP.
Assuming you have done either of these things, you will find a backup directory inside your project directory. Look in it and if there are one or many you can recover your project.
To do so, rename project.iwprj (or project.iwprj2) to old.iwprj (or iwprj2)
Copy a backup from the backup directory into the project directory and rename as project.iwprj (or iwprj2)
Start up WX5 and your project should open.
