Too many pages ---- divide the project  en

Dear All,

If .. I want to add a new page ... a remark pops up saying : ''Your project has too many pages. You can divide the project in more parts and connect them together...''.  If I copy a page and when that particular page is added there is no remark.

I have some 1600 and more pages.

---- 1. How many pages can a site have?

---- 2. In what way I can divide a very big website in more parts en connect evererything together?

Hello Jaques, 

thank you for having contacted us. 

The message you get is just a remark warning you that your project has many pages. This can create speed problems: it is generally better and advisable not to overindulge in adding pages, but instead, as the remark says, to have the bug project divided into smaller ones. 

To answer your questions:

  • You can add up to 10.000 pages. 
  • You have to create separate smaller projects and link them to one-another from Step 3> add a Level >Level Properties and putting to link to the respective project.
