Website x5 pro 12 - cant open the project - Error in XML Document (0,0)

Greetings all,
an error accure when loading the project in website x5 professional 12, the message says:
[there is an error in XML document (0,0).]
how to fix it?

Amir, if you have recently uploaded your site via the built in FTP engine, or you have made regular backups as I suggested to you last year, you can restart WX5, select your project (don't double click), select Backup (bottom RH corner) select the most recent backup and Restore.
