There is a file that can not be opened.
I have attached 3 pictures:
Picture 1: I click the blue button.
Picture 2: It installs. "Open" means Run in Danish.
Picture 3: I translate from Danish:
Windows can not open the file. - The name of the file is there.
Windows needs to know which application you want to use to open the file. Windows can switch to online mode to search it automatically, or you can manually select it from a list of programs installed on your computer.
And then the options for choosing a web service or program from a list will be available.
What should I do. It's the program that I'm trying to install, to open the file, I suppose.
And finally a whole different question:
Can I have a Danish version of your program?

can you please try and disable your firewall and antivirus programmes before downloading the program?

Sorry for my late reply. I have been very busy.
Unfortunately, I can not turn off antivirus and firewall because it's a computer on my work. It requires codes I do not have.
I am a guardian where I sometimes have VERY long guards where I could sit and do a little on my website.
The old program - Website X5 evolution 8 - I have been a long time since installed, here was no problem.
But I have to keep up with that.
It is not always progress and new programs can be adapted to old habits.

you could maybe ask for the permission of doing this or maybe trying on another computer, possibly your own PC, so you have access to all the data with no restrictions.
