Hello Support
Have purchased objects for X5 v11, Windows XP but still unable to install them. I've followed all the instructions in the Objects Management, Licensed etc. but all I keep getting is "It is not possible to connect to the internet or the Incomedia server. This could be a temporary problem: we suggest you try again later."
I searched through the community but have found nothing but a few outdated answers. I purchased the following licensed objects on the 03/03/17
Is version 11 still supported?

Hello Roger,
yes, version 11 is still supported.
Please try and disable your firewall and antivirus programmes, then try again, also starting the program as administrator.
Please let me know if you can solve the issue, and please feel free to send me a screenshot of the error message if you keep having difficulties.
I wish you a lovely day.

Hi Elisa B.
Thanks for getting back.
Still no joy after trying everything you suggested. I even reinstalled the program. After which, I was able to update via Objects Management from ver 11.0.0.7 to ver 11.0.8.31 and my template gallery for a new project without the error mesage showing up. However, I am still unable to make any progress with the licensed objects.
Best regards,
Roger C.
Hi Roger,
once in the Purchased Objects section of the Object Management, please click on Update the Library , you should find the Objects you have purchased after that.
Please let me know. Have a nice day.

Hello Elisa
Thanks for your help, but its still not working.
I've attached a screenshot just to be clear. I don't seem to have Purchased Objects listed in the dropdown menu. I've tried this under All Categories and all the others listed after that. Still no joy. All I keep getting is the same thing.

Maybe. I don't know exactly. But problems in Windows XP can be associated with the discontinued support for this OS, so are not updated root certificates to establish https connections.
Hello Roger,
Try to uninstall again the program and then delete the content of the folders "WebCache" and "PluginApps" under:
C:\Documents and Settings\ YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME \Application Data\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v11 - Evolution
Once done download the installer from your profile under the "Downloads" section and then proceed to install the program and test if then it works.
Many thanks!

Hi Everyone,
I've looked at all the possible suggestions. I've deleted the contents of the WebsiteX5v11 folder and it still no joy. Object Management actually works for updating templates, but not licensed / purchased objects which is all the more confusing. I'm begining to suspect my internet security software as it was also responsible for a similar problem with another piece of software on my system. In any case I've decided to quit using XP and Evolution X5 version 11.
Thanks again for all help.

Roger, if you are moving up to Win 7, 8.1 or 10, why not install Evo 11. I am sure it will work fine.
