Is it possible to upgrade from Website X5 Evolution to the Proffessional Version? Or do I have to buy a complete new version? If the latter it seems a bit of a rip off for valued customers

Goto your account here in Answers (top right pulldown) next to your name.
Then select offers for you. Normally you will pay only the difference between the versions. Just check out what kind of offers you have.
