I'm sorry, did you import the ''iwzip'' file in step 1? It is in the ''.exe'' file we sent you when you purchased the full template, could you please check and let me know?

yes I have the iwzip file. I click to install however the full template doesn't resolve. I had this problem before. I have Windows 10 Professional. Your teck person sent me a link to resolve the problem I had with Rosemary template. It attempted to open in X5 12.

Did you import the ''.iwzip'' file in step one, then select it and open it? What version of WebSite X5 are you using?

I'm sorry but there is no other link I may send you, that is the only way you can follow to use your project correctly, so could you please try again?
You do not need to select the template from the gallery after you have imported the project, it is already inside. 
Please let me know.

WebsiteX5 13 Pro.

The file goes into the X5 12 Folder.

When I select the New Restaurant template in #2 the visual I see are the background colors (jpg enclosed in previous message) No copy or pictures are on the screen or pages.

The iwzip I believe cannot open the contents in the x5 13 templtes folder.

This is a problem that I had with the "Rosemary" template as well.

If this can not be resolved please refund my purchase.

thanks for the answer. 
Please do the following:

• open your WebSite X5 Professional 13
• Go into the ''PROJECT SELECTION'' and hit on ''IMPORT''
  
• Now select the ''NewRestaurant.iwzip'' file and you will be able to see it amongst the projects then hit ''NEXT'' in the top right corner:
  
• Go into Step 3, you will be able to find all the project pages and if you hit on ''PREVIEW'' you can see the Full Template with its content
  
  Could you please kindly follow my instructions and keep me updated?
