Text not changing position at page scroll

Can I obtain that a text object stays in the same position while scrolling the page?

Nick, this is not a standard feature in WX5.
There may be 3rd party code that can do this for you, but Incomedia cannot help with this.
You can however set the menu to remain visible when the page scrolls.
