Já desinstalei WEBSITE X5 V13 PRO e instalei novamente e continua dando error e travando, SOCORRO!!!

Quando vou subir o site (publicar) está demorando muito para conexão com FTP e já verifiquei com servidor remoto de hospedagem CPANEL / WHM , pois sou revendedor de hospedagem, está tudo certo e de acorda, já chequei e fiz um check-list tudo em ordem, é o programa  WEBSITE X5 V13 PRO que está com BUGs (ERROR), já desativei o Firewall, a velocidade da minha internet é de 120MB, e nada de funcionar está coisa.... PRECISO DE SUPORTE DA INCOMEDIA...

Agora funcionou normar e consegui subir o site pelo sistema, mas depois de salvar todos os meus projetos e desinstalei totalmente ***importante: sem sobras*** o software Website X5 V13 Pro de  meu computador e fiz moderamente a re-instalação novamente, deu muito trabalho, e depois importei os meus projetos novamente e exportei o site na qual vinha trabalhando nele, funcionou, é um site simples responsivo, sem fazer alterações no FTP anterior e sem desativar o antivirus e o Firewall do Windows.

Criticas: 

Não considero em desativar o antivirus e Firewall do Windows por relevancia de onde de ataques de Hackers mundialmente, isto é absurdo. 

E acho que o WEBSITE X5 V13 PRO por ser professional e construtor de sites em que o Painel Administrativo (Admin) deveria ter opção que em que poderiamos (nossos clientes) administrar e atualizar o site pelo Painel Adminstrativo (ADMIN) como por exemplo: troca de imagem, troca de texto, troca de slides, etc, mesmo que quem gostaria de adquirir esta categoria pagasse um pouco a mais para aquisação deste Painel Administrativo Completo.

Outra critica: Acho absurdo ter que desinstalar o software WEBSITE X5 PRO seja qual for a versão que ele tenha e instalar novamente para funcionar corretamente, até quando vamos ter este desastre? 

O que vejo na minha opinião são BUGs de atualizações que não acompanham a atual atualizações do Windows 10, MACs, etc, se cada vez que o Windows 10 é atualizado tenho que desinstalar o WEBSITE X5 e instalar novamente.

Já estou pensando muito se vou adquirir a futura nova versão talvez do WEBSITE X5 PRO Versão 14, talvez eu não compre mais.
