1) How to adjust the tax info - US does not have VAT - I need to change to "Sales Tax"
2) Not all US States have tax collection - so How do I manage this? Only if the sale is in the same state then tax needs to be collected - How do I set that up?
3) The template text needs to be changed
- The color scheme needs to be changed
- I need a "Goto Cart" icon/menu item - how do I add that to the menu?
5) I need to control more detail of how the shopping items show on the page:
- I need a grid instead of the blocks - when I try to adust the options it does not behave as intended
Can you provide some help?

Dear Terence,
in order to provide you with better support and not to get confused by dealing with many different issues on the same post, I kindly ask you to open different tickets for different issues. I will now address to the first issue you described.
If the taxt you need to apply is not the VAT, but it has a different name, you have to change the caption "VAT" in all its occurrences on Step 1 - Settings > General >The Language Content Management window. You can use the search field in order not to miss any occurrence.
