Problem with responsive site

Hey guys, I just purchased the new V13. I created 2 responsive websites but both are not working properly on mobile devices. They are fine on desktop and seem to work on tablets but holding a mobile phone uprite the page is blank, turning it side ways its working but still something wrong with the menu. The one site also is not auto resizing on my mobile phone. Any ideas would be apreciated.

JP, it sounds like all the cells are hidden at phone resolution.
Go to step 4 Pages, click on responsive settings.
Set your resolution to the one above mobile, then select show hide and click on each to unhide at mobile reolution.
If that doesn't fix the problem, please advise.

Thanks for the info...it would have taken me forever to figure that out
