Inserting HTML code for effects and cookie warning

Hi,
On the software I used previously I had an option to insert HTML code to a page which would perhaps be for an effect such as snowfall or a pop up cookie warning notice.
In X5 I only seem to be able to add HTML code to a particular box on my page which does not give the desired effect. Could you just guide me through how to insert code for effects and pop up cookie warnings etc.

Steve, I am not sure about the cookie warnings, but if you wish to add code that affects the whole page, go to step 3 Map, highlight the page, click on properties, click on the Expert tab.
