Start Version 13- can edit templates - even background color

I just got START v13.
Supprised to find I can't edit any of the tempatates including the pics and even the background color.
The Template Structure window is not available. £15 for a web builder that does not allow template editing.
Before I concider upgrading to the Evolution version is anyone sure that this version has the function to edit the tempates structure?
Also when I looked at upgrading it does not appear to concider I've already got the START version and asks for the full amount of EVOLUTION. - an addition £60 ouch.
May concider upgrading but not add the cost of START and EVOLUTION together.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Carol,
If you press on the plus at the customize part you can see the details of your version. The I onformation button helps there also.

You can only customize header and footer, not templates itself.
Normally I expect some kind of offer, did you check top right pulldown next to your name then select the offers section?

Thanks for you help really useful in looking at the offer option in my member drop down on the website. Indeed I can upgrade for £42 not the £60.
Do you think I won't be able to custmize the template (except for Heade r& Footer) in the Evolution version? I'd like to make more changes to the tempate - like the main body color.
I can't work out what you mean by "press on the plus at the customize part". I dont see a Plus sign anywhere in any menus option on the START version.#

Sorry, you need to go to the detailed part of the page below, there you will find the plus sign en the info tag icon.
Yes you can customize the template in evo, and if I am not mistaking you will get v14 evo as well when it comes out.
Check out your profile and assign to the newsletter (same pulldown) So you are up to date about v14 as well.
