Emails sent from version 13 have blue background but text box is white ver 14 text boxes blue cant read

I am using the smtp send as I could not get PHP to work. The pictures of emails sent from both version attached.
I tried to attach 2 photos not sure it worked so i'm combining them.
Posted on the
Bill, step 2, Email Layout should fix the issue. I always set the background colour to white or transparent, and the message content background colour to white.
