I hope someone can help !

When uploading to server ... keeps saying cant create file.

I have seen other posts which people have posted saying to put a / before the destination folder address such as /myfolder.co.uk but :-( no joy !!

never had this problem uploading on previous version

delete the destination folder top right when making connection, then set it manually after that x5 will ask to set this as default, say yes and all should work.

On the load line at the hosting place a slash (/) in front of all the data

Hello Quinton C.,

In Step 5 in the export settings in the "Destionation folder" field enter / in front of all content you have. If the field is empty enter / only and then try again.

Many thanks!

Just tested on 2 different projects and 2 different providers, empty destination folder and with or without the forward slash / I made connection. (both way's work for me)

But it probably depends on provider as well.

I added a / in the destination folder ; e.g. /public_html  , this also worked for one of my projects.

I tried adding an "/" to my folder example "/public_html" but I still get the error message of "cannot upload to folder, try again later".

Anyother tips? I went back to using Evo 13 for the time being until this can be fixed.

try with empty destination folder to connect, then select the correct path for your website
