Admin Page Problem

I am unable to login to the admin section. Ut keeps saying "Wrong username and/or password " despite using the defult user and passeord set up by the program
Anyone have any ideas
Posted on the
clear your browser cookies, then go to website again, press F5, then try again to login.
check also that you use email adres now in v14. else change this in x5, then upload, then test again

Have now managed to access admin panel
the confusing thing is that it asks for a username not the email address, maybe it could ne changed to say this instea
