First of fI am sorry for the video music. I forgot that was on my computer not my phone... Just press mute

If you look when I scroll over a menu I get a white background color behind the black. You can see in the video what I have tried.

Again.. sorry about the music...

Lauren, this is an extreme blowup of your black mouse over text showing that it was first written in white, and then black.

I found that it happens also in the main menu, but the problem does not affect "current selected page" (when this is the same color scheme as the "on mouse over" text). I also found that setting "on mouse over" to bold does not fix the issue.

The effect is minor but annoying and is visible in both preview and chrome. However, it is not an issue when viewed in either Firefox or Edge.

This is from Chrome (same as WX5 preview)

This is from Firefox

I am not sure if Incomedia can fix this (it may be due to an issue in the chrome/chromium rendering), but I am sure they will now be aware of the issue.

Hello Esahc,

Can you please write me the settings used?

If you set the same background color for the on mouse over like the background does it still happens?

Many thanks!

Claudio, yes it still happens with background color set.

The original test was based on the Artisan Template, but sadly too big to upload here.

I created a new project and it took a while to recreate the issue. . . .

It is caused if any of the SWEEP transitions are used for the on mouse over effect in any menu, it is not normally noticeable in firefox except in the test menu I created on the home page :-)

Sorry about that, Thanks claudio too! BC it might not be fixable from incomdia (you can't fix everything) I changed my menu around so it is white words with a darker border.

Hello Esahc and Lauren,

Thank you fo the project. I informed the developers and it seems to happen only if you set as effect sweepright, sweepleft, sweeptop or sweepbottom. In case you choose another effect or none then it appears correctly.

Many thanks!
