Unable to find setting owner_email

Was trying to change shopping cart settings to live settings after completing development of a website.
But I am finding in x5settings.php
'owner_email' => '***', 'vat_type' => 'none' ));
I am unable to find where to change this value for owner_email.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Do you mean the admin mail adres in step1 -> advanced-> shopping cart -> sending order TAB?
