How can I Link a document.html saved in the server folder using the URL address

I made the upload of a html presentation through FTP server and it is saved in the server folder of my webpage. Then I made the link of the URL address of the document.html with the webpage using the website X5 Professional 14 but when I try to open the presentation linked is asking for user and password server. Please, could you help me in this case?

you should upload the file in another (newly made) folder.
Then try to acces that folder by typing it as url in your browser. if it starts then you can create a link in x5 with the same url as well.
For instance: create a folder called temp
If you upload a document with doc.html in that folder then you should be able to adress it in your browser with: yourwebsitename.com/temp/doc.html
